Cancellation and No Refund Policy

  1. Cancellation of Services

Clients may cancel services provided by Coding Saints Solutions subject to the following terms and conditions:

Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to [Insert Contact Information] at least [Insert Notice Period, e.g., 7 days] prior to the scheduled start date of the service.
If the cancellation request is received within the specified notice period, Coding Saints Solutions will provide no refund of any fees paid for the service.

Coding Saints Solutions does not offer refunds for cancelled services.

  1. No-Show Policy

Clients who fail to attend scheduled sessions or appointments without prior notification may be considered a “no-show.” In such cases:

No refunds will be provided for missed sessions or appointments.
Clients may be charged a rescheduling fee for missed sessions or appointments, determined at the discretion of Coding Saints Solutions Pvt.Ltd.

  1. Rescheduling Policy

Clients may request to reschedule sessions or appointments subject to availability and the following conditions:

Rescheduling requests must be submitted in writing to support@codingsaintssolutions.online at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled session or appointment.
Rescheduling requests received within the specified notice period will be accommodated based on availability.
Clients may be charged a rescheduling fee for late rescheduling requests, determined at the discretion of Coding Saints Solutions.
